! Bulbs — not included with this fitting. We have selected the ideal bulb for this product based on output and aesthetics. You can find our recommendation in the Recommended Bulb section above — add them to your basket at the same time to avoid waiting on a second delivery.

Installation FAQ

Koto Switched Matt White Adjustable Ceiling Spotlight

Professional installation is required

Your Koto Switched Matt White Adjustable Ceiling Spotlight is a hardwired fitting and should always be installed by a qualified electrician. While the connection itself is relatively straightforward, working with mains voltage ceiling or wall wiring carries inherent risk — a competent tradesperson will ensure the job is completed safely and to the required standard in your country.

Ceiling profile and mounting

If your property has decorative cornicing, a ceiling rose, or an unusual ceiling profile, mention this to your electrician in advance — some fittings require an additional backplate or canopy adapter to sit flush and look correct. Also confirm the diameter of your existing ceiling rose against the fitting's backplate before installation day. All relevant dimensions are in the Technical Information section above.
