The one thing we would always advise customers is that they should get a Professional and Qualified Tradesperson (Electrician) to install their lighting, except for goods that maybe only need plugged in. Different styles of lighting will require different skill sets to install and it a Qualified Electrician should be able to help you out with this. If there are any holes to be drilled or prep work to be done you may also be at risk of hitting existing services buried in walls or above ceilings, so we would always advise some experienced and competent would be best to do the job.
We would also advise not to arrange anyone to install you new lighting until you had it physically in your possession and were totally happy with it. We understand that trades people at present can be difficult to get, but it is always best to have everything in front of you and ready to go before you have an Electrician standing there and nothing to fit. Just worth keeping in mind.

We do display an approx. delivery window for all our products on this page, we endeavour with all our orders to work with our suppliers and delivery partners and give you the best online purchasing experience we can. We get questions all the time about deliveries, processes, stock levels and product details, we are committed to be as open and transparent as possible in all information given out to our customers.
99% of orders are delivered in perfect condition and as you can see from our reviews, most customers are extremely happy with their lighting and the experience they had to get it. But this isn’t the case all the time, lighting can be fragile and moving it around the world can be an issue. If you do happen to have an issue with damages or defective product all you have to do is drop us an email or get in touch and we will sort it out as quickly as we can and to the best of our ability.
So, what happens when you place an order, well, our system will check your order, decide where is the most efficient place to fulfil it from, and process any purchase orders or requisitions that need made pretty much straight away. We will also pick any physical stock in our warehouse and set it aside awaiting delivery of other items if they are required.
On orders placed with multiple suppliers we will generally collate these in our warehouse and hold them for completion, if this is going to be an issue feel free to get in touch and we can come up with a solution for this. Our full Shipping Policy can be found here.
All orders for the EU and anywhere else outside the UK are collated in our warehouse in Northern Ireland and shipped directly when complete. This means that there is no need to worry about Additional Tariffs or Charges on these orders as they will not be subject to any.

The basis of this is as long as the items are returned to us in resalable condition, in their original packaging and have not been installed or fitted, we will issue a full refund.
